Premium-rate telephone regulator ICSTIS said that although the 11,000 complaints it received was a 43% decrease in the number of complaints the UKâs call TV business had precipitated a worrying upsurge to one quarter of the 11,000 complaints because viewers thought they had been deceived or even scammed.
